IT Help Desk Technician

Onsite | Madison, GA | Full-Time

Join bdManagedIT as the first line of support for our clients and the first impression of our service team.

We’re looking for an entry-level IT Help Desk Technician who enjoys helping people, troubleshooting technical issues, and growing into a long-term career in IT.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to phone, chat, and ticket requests
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printer, password, and connectivity issues
  • Document troubleshooting steps and ticket resolutions in our PSA
  • Escalate issues with clear notes when needed
  • Perform daily health checks, patch reviews, and basic maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with senior technicians for smooth issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
  • Ideal for recent graduates or early-career IT professionals with approximately 0–12 months of hands-on support experience, internship, or technical support exposure
  • Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with ticketing or remote support tools preferred
  • Strong communication skills and customer empathy
  • CompTIA A or equivalent knowledge preferred
