The Laborer at BDL of Florida supports site development and construction operations across multiple job sites. Paid travel is required, and reliable transportation to job sites is mandatory.

OBJECTIVES
- Support excavation, grading, and utility crews by performing manual labor tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Maintain site cleanliness and assist in job site setup and teardown.
- Follow instructions to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety protocols.
- Report potential hazards or equipment issues promptly.
- Travel to various sites throughout Florida as required.
- Operate small tools and assist equipment operators as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–2 years of construction or site development experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
- Ability to climb in and out of trenches and work in uneven terrain
- Manual dexterity to handle tools, materials, and machinery controls
- Must be able to stand or move continuously for 8–10 hours per day
- Tolerance for dust, noise, and physical exertion typical of construction sites
