Product Owner

Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for continuous product definition, innovation, and market alignment for our B2B SaaS and enterprise solutions.

This is a high-impact, independent ownership role reporting directly to the CEO, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Business Development, and Operations.

You will play a critical role in defining the company’s product strategy at the intersection of AI, customer data, and phygital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision
  
  • Continuously define and evolve product features and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Translate market needs, customer insights, and emerging trends into actionable product strategies.
  • Drive innovation in AI-powered experience rewards and engagement ecosystems for retail and enterprise clients.
• Market Intelligence & Research
  
  • Conduct deep market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and evolving customer expectations.
  • Identify product-market fit opportunities across retail, brick-and-mortar, and hybrid commerce models.
  • Stay ahead of developments in:
    • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
    • AI-driven personalization
    • Loyalty, rewards, and engagement ecosystems
• Product Design & Marketplace Strategy
  • Design end-to-end product experiences, including:
  • Feature definition
  • User journeys
  • Value propositions for B2B clients
  • Strategize for marketplace models and partner ecosystems.
  • Define scalable frameworks for phygital product experiences blending offline and online engagement.
• AI-Driven Product Development
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams to:
    • Define AI-enabled features and workflows
    • Leverage data for personalization, engagement, and automation
  • Rapidly learn and collaborate with fully trained AI agents for:
    • Product development
    • Automation workflows
    • Intelligent feature building
  • Contribute to training and improving new AI agents and systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with:
    • Marketing for positioning, messaging, and GTM
    • Business Development for client insights and partnerships
    • Operations for product delivery and scalability
  • Act as the bridge between business, technology, and customer experience.
• Execution & Ownership
  • Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch to iteration.
  • Translate high-level strategy into clear execution roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Drive lean and agile product development practices.

Work Location

This position is based in our New York City office, located at Three World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. This is an in-person role, requiring regular onsite collaboration with team members, clients, and business stakeholders.
