Position Summary
We are currently hiring Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position working outdoors in all weather conditions, assisting with a variety of tasks related to marine and civil construction projects. Reliable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with construction activities such as concrete work, demolition, material handling, and site cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Support equipment operators and foremen on active job sites.
- Load and unload materials, set up job sites, and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow safety rules, company policies, and supervisor instructions at all times.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required — we will train motivated workers.
- Must be reliable and able to work outdoors in various conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to travel to projects throughout Florida as needed.
