We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Junior WordPress Website Developer to support our Marketing team with front-end website development and optimization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in web development who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Include
- Build and design WordPress pages that stay consistent with brand standards
- Develop new and update existing web pages to support marketing campaigns
- Implement responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and Avada WordPress theme tools
- Ability to design layouts “in browser” following similar layouts
- Ability to design “in-browser” to recreate established layouts for new pages
- Support light back-end development tasks when needed
- Work across multiple firm websites and digital properties
- Minimum 2 years of experience in website development and design
- Proficiency in WordPress, including common plugins
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience working with the Avada WordPress theme
- Familiarity with PHP and JavaScript
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design direction
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment
- Experience building marketing or lead generation websites
- Experience with page speed optimization and performance improvements
- Additional WordPress back-end development experience
