- Fabricate products or components as required, adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a productive workspace.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse management or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks; certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations is beneficial for ensuring workplace safety.
