Senior Accountant | Nashville, TN
In search for Senior Accountant to join a privately held, multi-site manufacturer in the Nashville area. The company is on a strong growth trajectory — expanding both organically and through strategic acquisitions — and this role will play a key part in that next chapter.
What you'll do:
- Own the month-end and year-end close process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and GL accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, supporting management reporting as the company scales
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Help maintain internal controls and support external audit requests
- Work closely with senior finance leadership, with regular exposure to executives across the organization
- Gain increasing international exposure as the company expands beyond U.S. operations
- Support integration accounting as the company completes acquisitions
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-7 years of progressive accounting experience; exposure to a manufacturing or adjacent industry is a strong plus
- Experience at a private, PE-backed, or similarly structured company (small to mid-size) preferred
- Public accounting background (CPA firm experience) is preferred
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems
- Someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment and wants ownership over their work
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
