Part-Time Housing Intake Specialist
BCMW Community Services is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Housing Intake Specialist to assist clients with housing and supportive service programs.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Complete client intake applications and collect required documentation
- Provide ongoing case management during monthly appointments
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Counsel clients on program eligibility and supportive services
- Respond to client questions and provide resource information
- Advocate for clients to ensure timely submission of required documents
- Enter client data into agency systems accurately
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with procurement tasks and client-related pickups as needed
- Participate in required trainings and webinars
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with local organizations and community resources preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Willingness to travel within network counties
