Our client, a financial services holding company, is looking to hire a temp to perm Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a Managing Director, Director, Vice President, and Associate. This is a great opportunity to support talented and dynamic executives at a fast paced and quickly growing company. The successful candidate must have a can do attitude, be a team player, and a great work ethic. This role is in office 5x a week in their Midtown office.

SALARY
$80-100K (DOE) paid OT discretionary bonus
HOURS
8:30am-5:30pm flexibility for minimal OT as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
- Maintain schedules and calendars for the team
- Screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Assist team with preparation of presentation materials
- File, copy, scan and bind documents as needed
- Order and stock business cards when necessary
- Assist with personal tasks, when applicable
- Ad hoc projects as requested
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of prior administrative support or related experience
- Excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Strong working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, primarily Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
