This firm are growing exponentially having recently opened several new offices across multiple states and are looking for a Patent Litigation Associate Attorney that is dedicated to furthering their exceptional pro bono service and the continued professional development of their community. This firm offers a flexible hybrid working model with 3 core office days and the possibility to progress to Partner. About you
You will have:
- 2 to 5 years of patent litigation experience in Federal District Courts.
- Excellent academic credentials with excellent organizational, written, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, managing written discovery, and conducting legal research.
- An undergraduate/advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or another closely related technical field.
- Technical ability to work effectively and collaborate with clients across a variety of industries.
- Must be a member of the State Bar for the office to which you are applying or be eligible for admission via waiver.
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience preparing for and participating in depositions and other phases of Litigation.
- Hands-on coding experience in modern programming languages.
