Real Estate Associate (3–6 PQE) | Dallas
A leading international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded and growing Real Estate practice in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience, with exposure to either debt or equity matters, including:
Debt-side transactions: mortgage and mezzanine loan financings.
Equity-side transactions: acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture structures.
Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and analytical skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team on complex commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements:
3–6 years of relevant real estate experience (approximately Class of 2020–2023).
Experience advising on debt and/or equity real estate transactions.
Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
Admission to the Texas Bar is preferred, or eligibility to obtain admission within one year of joining.
