Corporate Partner

I'm working with one of the fastest-growing Am Law 200 firms in the US, looking to attract an ambitious Corporate Partner to its expanding Denver office.

This isn't growth for the sake of growth: the firm has increased revenues by 144% since 2020, ranked in the top five of the Am Law 200 for revenue growth four times in five years, and has been investing heavily in its people, technology and national platform.

The Denver office has seen particularly significant expansion, and there is a genuine appetite for entrepreneurial partners who want to help shape what comes next.

For partners at larger firms, this could be an opportunity to step away from the politics, bureaucracy and internal competition, take greater ownership of your practice and have a meaningful say in the direction of a growing business. There is real scope for leadership rather than simply being another name on the partnership list.

For partners at smaller firms, it's an opportunity to retain that entrepreneurial freedom and close-knit, collegial atmosphere, but with the backing of a much larger national platform, deeper bench strength, cross-selling opportunities and genuine investment in growing your practice.

In terms of what we're looking for:

• Corporate Partners with an established practice of circa $1m would be of particular interest for an equity opportunity.
• Partners with smaller books, or senior lawyers with a credible plan and genuine appetite to build a practice, could be considered for a non-equity role with a longer-term equity ambition.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, commercial approach and interest in helping develop the Denver practice are just as important as the numbers.
