What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Associate position at BCL Legal?
A highly respected, AmLaw Top 100 firm are looking to hire a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate into their Boston office. They have over 500 Attorneys across 8 offices and are serving clients worldwide. From day one you will have the opportunity to hit the ground running and will be given a genuine level of responsibility. Partners and Associates have close working relationships throughout and whilst you’ll be mainly working with Boston based Partners, there will occasionally be an opportunity to work cross office with other members of the team.
What will you be involved in?
- Legal research, brief writing, running document production
- Discovery
- Taking depositions
- Potential for trial work

What are they looking for?
- 4 years of commercial litigation experience
- Admitted or eligible for admission to the bar in Massachusetts
- Clerkship would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
