We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Setup Specialist to join our growing team.
What you'll do:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce high-quality precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup requirements.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to ensure proper tolerances and specifications are met.
- Perform first piece inspections and make necessary adjustments for optimal production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining and setup issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Work closely with programmers and operators to optimize machining processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC setup experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T.
- Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machining techniques.
- Experience with various CNC controls and programming (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Mazak) is a plus.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
