General Laborer — BCI Mechanical Contracting (Central Ohio)
BCI Mechanical Contracting is hiring General Laborers for commercial job sites in Central Ohio. No experience required. This is the way into the plumbing trade — show up, learn the work, and move into a 1st year apprentice position.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move material, tools, and equipment
- Dig and backfill trenches; assist with coring and cutting
- Keep the job site clean and safe; haul debris and scrap
- Assist plumbers and apprentices with rough-in and installation
- Stage material and return excess to the shop
Requirements:
- No experience necessary — we train
- 18 or older
- Able to lift and carry material and work on your feet outdoors
- Reliable transportation
- Interest in learning the plumbing trade
