What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer position at Phillip Stephens Construction LLC?
PS Construction LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking laborer to join our construction team. This is a W-2 position with pay based on experience.
Pay ranges from $16-$22/hr based on experience.
Job locations vary throughout central and southeastern Ohio.
Primary duties include:
- Assist with utility connections
- Check grade as directed
- Perform broom and shovel work as needed
- Maintain construction site clean up
- Assist equipment operators and other crew members
- Perform general site and construction labor
- Work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions
- Follow directions and maintain a safe, productive work environment
What we're looking for:
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical labor and working outdoors
**A valid Class A CDL adds $2-$4 per hour for all positions based on experience
**Experience is not required, but is preferred.
