About the Role

A law firm seeks a Trust and Estates Litigation Attorney in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience and operate at the Partner, Senior Counsel, or Special Counsel level. This role does not require a portable business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trials with seasoned courtroom experience.
• Develop and execute witness strategies for cross-examinations.
• Craft and deliver compelling opening and closing statements.
• Participate in jury selection processes.
• Lead trial teams as first or second chair.
• Engage in wills, estates, and probate litigation.

Qualifications

• 10 years of litigation experience.
• Experience at Partner, Senior Counsel, or Special Counsel level.
• Proven trial leadership skills.
