Duties
- Draft court pleadings, proposed orders, and notices.
- Send and receive correspondence with clients.
- Meet with clients regularly.
- E-file pleadings and motions with the court.
- Review real estate, financial records, and tax returns related to decedent's assets.
- Prepare accountings and funding calculations.
- Advise clients on federal estate, gift, Generation-Skipping, and fiduciary income tax matters.
- Prepare gift and estate tax returns.
Requirements
- Interest in federal estate, gift, Generation-Skipping, and fiduciary income tax.
- Experience in estate planning, real estate, corporate, and non-profit is helpful.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
