Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of complex commercial and regulatory litigation.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Handle TROs, injunctions, hearings, and trials in state and federal courts.
• Conduct fact and expert witness depositions, manage discovery, and prepare trial strategy.
• Represent clients before administrative agencies (e.g., OSHA, CMS, and licensing boards).
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on strategic case planning and risk assessment.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications
• 5 years of active litigation experience in a reputable firm.
• 3 years of trial experience, including bench and jury trials.
• Proven ability to manage complex commercial disputes independently.
• Demonstrated success in courtroom advocacy, including evidentiary hearings and dispositive motions.
• Skilled in regulatory and administrative litigation, including representation before agencies.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
