Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day litigation of personal injury cases, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents

• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

• Collaborate with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits

• Develop litigation strategies to maximize case outcomes

• Maintain strong communication with clients and legal team members

• Handle a high volume of cases while ensuring quality and compliance

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney or Litigation Associate Attorney

• Experience handling motor vehicle accident cases preferred

• Arkansas Bar required

• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities
