This role focuses on patent drafting and prosecution within the computer arts, including software, artificial intelligence, machine learning, FinTech, and telecommunications technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft and prosecute patent applications in software, AI/ML, FinTech, and telecommunications technologies

• 3 years of experience as a Patent Associate Attorney or Patent Prosecution Attorney

• Experience with software and emerging technologies highly desirable
• Strong academic credentials
