Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex patent and IP litigation matters, including federal court and ITC proceedings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, and attorneys to develop case strategy.

• Provide clients with strategic advice on patent portfolios, IP enforcement, and risk management.

• 5–8 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, ideally involving patent disputes.

• Strong academic background in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, chemistry, or molecular biology.

• Federal clerkship or patent bar membership preferred.

• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Proven ability to manage cases and communicate effectively with technical experts and clients.
