• Draft, negotiate, and manage real estate agreements and transactional documents.

• Support high-profile, large-scale deals within a highly collaborative team environment.

• Work directly with clients, lenders, investors, and opposing counsel throughout the deal lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and firm best practices.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of real estate law experience (Class of 2021–2018).

• Background in either real estate debt transactions or equity-side transactional work.

• Strong academic credentials and polished professional judgment.

• Team-oriented, communicative, and able to manage multiple complex transactions.

• New York Bar membership preferred (required within one year of hire).
