Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation, including motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.

• Conduct and defend depositions across a variety of disputes.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.

• Perform complex legal research and develop litigation strategies.

• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding case status and strategy.

Qualifications

• Active membership with the California State Bar.

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.

• Prior experience in construction defect litigation strongly preferred.
