Key Responsibilities

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex insurance coverage issues

• Draft pleadings, discovery materials, and legal correspondence

• Represent clients in arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and related proceedings

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel on case strategy and developments

• Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and client relationships proactively

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Insurance Coverage Attorney

• Strong background in insurance coverage and liability policies

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice law in the United States (State Bar required)

• California Bar admission preferred

• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
