Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and charitable giving instruments.

• Collaborate across firm practice groups to provide integrated, multi-disciplinary client service.

• Manage client relationships and lead aspects of sophisticated transactions.

• 3 years of experience in estate planning, business succession planning, or charitable giving.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required.

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proven capacity to manage multiple matters and client needs simultaneously.

• Admission to the Illinois Bar in good standing.
