Key Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.

• Assist with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on estate, tax, and trust matters.

• Collaborate with partners on complex planning and wealth transfer strategies.

• Manage client files, deadlines, and communications with a focus on accuracy and organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of law firm experience, preferably in estate planning, tax, or transactional practice.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required.

• Admission to the California Bar in good standing.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

• Strong academic credentials and professional work ethic.
