Duties
• Conduct legal research involving estate planning, trusts, probate, wealth preservation, and related matters.
• Meet directly with clients to understand estate planning goals and recommend customized legal strategies.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents.
• Explain complex legal concepts clearly and compassionately to clients and their families.
• Manage estate administration matters from initial consultation through completion.
• Prepare probate filings and related court documents.
• Review work prepared by paralegals and legal support staff.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Conduct client review meetings to ensure estate plans remain aligned with changing goals.
