Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of complex federal tax issues

• Assist in drafting tax-related provisions in transactional documents

• 2 years of experience as a Tax Associate Attorney or in a related tax advisory role

• Experience in a major law firm or accounting firm environment

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (State Bar required)

• Team-oriented mindset with strong professional drive
