Key Responsibilities

• Participate in intellectual property litigation and, where applicable, prosecution matters

• Assist with case preparation, discovery, and trial-related activities

• Work closely with technical experts and clients to develop case strategies

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an IP Litigation Associate Attorney or Intellectual Property Attorney

• Strong technical background in chemistry required

• Experience with Hatch-Waxman litigation is a plus

• Admission to a state bar in good standing required

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills

• Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
