Key Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated patent litigation matters in federal district courts

• Participate in all phases of litigation, including fact development, discovery, and trial preparation

• Coordinate ITC Section 337 investigations alongside parallel district court proceedings

• Draft high-level motions, briefs, pleadings, and client communications

• Collaborate with technical experts and litigation teams to develop persuasive legal arguments

• Participate in PTAB proceedings, including Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs)

• Assist with disputes involving standard-essential patents (SEPs), FRAND issues, and telecommunications technologies

• Conduct complex legal research involving intellectual property and patent litigation matters

• Manage multiple sophisticated litigation matters under demanding deadlines

• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on high-profile intellectual property disputes

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of patent litigation experience at a law firm or sophisticated litigation environment

• Experience handling federal district court patent litigation matters required

• Exposure to ITC investigations and PTAB proceedings preferred

• Experience involving telecommunications, SEPs, and FRAND disputes preferred

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts and litigation teams

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities

• Admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction required
