Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex third-party insurance coverage matters.

• Analyze insurance policies and provide strategic coverage opinions.

• Manage sophisticated insurance coverage litigation from inception through resolution.

• Develop litigation strategies for complex insurance disputes.

• Represent clients in state and federal courts.

• Handle mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
