Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in fund finance and structured finance transactions.
- Experience with fund-level financing arrangements.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Licensed and in good standing in Washington, DC, or California.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in Washington, DC, or California.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
