Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Career Associate with three or more years of litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services team in Boston, MA. This role involves representing banks, lenders, and loan servicers in disputes regarding loan servicing practices and credit reporting. Duties

• Represent financial services clients in litigation matters involving loan servicing and credit reporting disputes.
• Manage discovery processes and participate in courtroom proceedings.

• Take meaningful responsibility for case strategy and execution while managing multiple competing deadlines.

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience.
• Admission to practice and good standing in the state where the candidate will be based.
• California bar admission is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Education

• Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
