Key Responsibilities

• Litigate complex disputes from initial case filing through trial

• Handle matters involving commercial, trade secret, financial, energy, and product liability litigation

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Take and defend depositions and participate in court appearances

• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• Work directly with clients and manage sophisticated litigation matters

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop litigation strategies

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or Consumer Litigation Associate

• Strong background in complex commercial litigation and multi-industry disputes

• Excellent academic credentials

• Admission to the California Bar preferred (California Bar required for long-term practice)

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex cases independently
