Job Description
We are seeking a Bus Operations Associate V to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain operations, SAP, and advanced data analysis and a proven ability to independently resolve complex problems and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Execute advanced and complex transactional processes for special or atypical assignments independently.
- Serve as a process expert within the supply chain, pull and analyze data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to exempt-level employees in a consultative manner.
- Identify complex or undocumented areas for process improvement and collaborate with exempt-level employees to develop recommendations.
- Monitor task execution by lower-level contributors and provide guidance.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support for complex issues.
- Lead and coordinate daily work activities and determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with mastery in English and local language.
- Advanced technical knowledge specific to the business function.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability and strong project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience serving as a consultative partner to exempt-level stakeholders.
- Background leading continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives
Salary : $18 - $19
