Sr. Operations Analyst
Location: Indianapolis- Hybrid
W2 only
This Sr. Operations Analyst role is heavily focused on operations systems administration, process improvement, and access/governance management in a regulated environment.
Must-have technical skills
- Smartsheet administration (sheets, reports, dashboards, automation)
- Power Apps development
- Power Automate workflow creation
- SharePoint administration and governance
- Power BI reporting and dashboards
- User provisioning and access management
- Group administration (MyAccess, Beeline, similar systems)
Operations & Process Skills
- Process design and optimization
- SOP and job aid creation
- Intake form development
- Workflow migration and implementation
- Operational analysis and reporting
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Security and compliance adherence
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate existing spreadsheet-based processes into Smartsheet.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access permissions.
- Administer SharePoint and time-tracking systems.
- Create operational documentation and training materials.
- Improve collaboration processes with external vendors and partners.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure governance, security controls, and compliance requirements are met.
