Position Title: Senior Organizational Change Management & Training Consultant

Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid 3 days in office)

Pay Rate: $60/hr. to $65/hr. on T4

Job Description:
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead complex change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and a proven track record of successful organizational transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management and training strategies and plans.
* Conduct complex impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
* Design and deliver advanced training programs and workshops to support change initiatives.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into strategic plans.
* Provide expert coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change effectively.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and training strategies through success measures and make necessary adjustments.
* Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
* Mentor and guide junior change management consultants.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
* Extensive experience 5-7 years with complex change management, organizational development, or a related field.
* Deep understanding and ability to apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with ambiguity.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
