Position Title: SAP MM & WM Lead Consultant
Location: Columbus, IN (Hybrid)
Anticipated Start Date: 01/05/2026
Note: This engagement requires candidates to be on our W2 payroll (no C2C or 1099).
Expected Duration: 1 Year
Job Type: Contract - Onsite
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM & WM Lead Consultant to support and stabilize production systems in a support-focused environment. The role involves resolving day-to-day and complex MM/WM issues, working closely with business users, monitoring system performance, and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day production support for SAP MM and WM modules.
- Lead resolution of incidents and service requests, including complex issues.
- Act as the main contact for business users for MM/WM system and process questions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- Suggest and implement process and configuration improvements.
- Analyze, test, and deploy changes following change management procedures.
- Support integration with SD, PP, and FI/CO to ensure end-to-end process stability.
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge with team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM support.
- Proven experience working in production / AMS / support environments.
- Ability to work directly with business users and explain issues clearly.
- Experience handling high-priority issues and owning them to resolution.
- Good understanding of cross-module integrations.
- Comfortable working independently and leading support activities.
