BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Print Operator in Lynnfield, MA 01940 Job Title: Print OperatorLocation: Lynnfield, MA 01940Duration: 4 Months Contract (Temp to Perm)Pay Rate: $19/hr. on W2 Work Schedule:7am- 3:30pm Job Description:Operates xerox fleet of printing equipment to: Process Banks, Mutual Funds, Transportation, Health care type documents and checks,works with scheduling and operations teams to meet clients SLAs.Works during scheduled peak periods printing transaction statements such as - Month Ends, Quarter Ends and Year End type volume.Other responsibilities include: Able to handle multiple PrintersOperates our Xerox fleet of printers -288 Nuveras, Versants, Baltoro Ink jet, 157 Nuveras, 1300 c/f Lines and Trivor ink jet equipment.Good verbal and written communication.Works with FLEX and OOMDetailed oriented.Works well with numbers and can work independently.Performs preventive maintenance and quality checks in order to identify and report malfunctioning issues.Documents and communicates all issues to leads and or manager.Understands support staff job responsibilities in order to obtain required support.Monitors the equipment on an on-going bases to ensure they are operating correctly.Understands and follows instructions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).Completes all required documentation.Reviews all materials to ensure quality standards are met.Addresses troubleshooting issues in order to ensure they are quickly identified and communicated appropriately Benefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
