Project Manager- L&D
Location: Lebanon - hybrid
Main Purpose and Objectives of Position:
The Project Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end execution of multi-workstream training development lifecycle. This role drives alignment across Functional Workstreams, Curriculum Architecture, Content Development, Qdoc integration, Service Now requests and SuccessFactors deployment — ensuring all training deliverables are completed on time and in full compliance with GMP Readiness milestones targeting Q4 2027.
Training and Documentation Support
Perform activities to manage:
Curriculum creation
Curriculum item definition
Risk assessments
Content creation
Learning plans
Qualification plans
Individual training history maintenance
Produce reports from Learning Management System.
Maintain and update the Workstream Curricula Registry in Smartsheet, ensuring accurate status of curriculum creation, assignment readiness, and learner population for each active grouping.
Manage data entry and status updates across the Curricula Registry and Content Development Smartsheet to support accurate curriculum-to-learner matching and expedite SF assignment.
Track and synchronize status between the Master Document List, the Workstream Content Development Smartsheet, escalating discrepancies to the Account Manager or L&D Team Lead.
Support training qualification compliance management.
Key Attributes Required
Proficient in MS Office applications
Familiarity with cGMPs requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills – ability to handle/prioritize multiple projects and requests.
Experience with Success Factors an advantage.
Experience with Smartsheet or equivalent project/data tracking platforms preferred.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Veeva, or equivalent quality document management systems.
Experience supporting a new site startup or greenfield GMP manufacturing environment a strong advantage.
