Job Description

We are seeking an Engineer II to help drive AI-powered automation initiatives across the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on building and operationalizing GenAI-driven solutions that enhance project execution from discovery and design through build, test, and release. The ideal candidate will develop scalable, integrated automation solutions using GenAI agents and enterprise LLM platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions across SDLC phases including discovery, design, build, test, and release.


• Build and orchestrate GenAI agents to support end-to-end pilot automation use cases.


• Extend and operationalize existing custom GPT capabilities into production-ready systems.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.


• Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering productivity.


• Develop automation scripts and services using Python and integrate them into existing infrastructure.


• Contribute to experimentation, prototyping, and scaling of AI/ML-driven engineering solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in software engineering with a focus on automation and system integration.


• Hands-on experience building or working with AI/GenAI agents or LLM-based applications.


• Strong programming skills in Python.


• Experience integrating with APIs, platforms, or model endpoints such as LLMs.


• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted coding tools beyond basic usage.


• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and project execution workflows.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working within enterprise AI platforms or sandbox environments.


• Exposure to QA and testing domains, including test strategy or automation.


• Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks, or workflow automation tools.


• Experience scaling prototypes into production systems.
