Summary:
The HRIS & Workforce Operations Analyst serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Arcoro and the organization's HR technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for system administration, workflow optimization, reporting, data integrity, compliance support, and continuous improvement of HR processes. The position partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Safety, Recruiting, and business leaders to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience. This position is onsite in the Fishers, Indiana office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Arcoro and other HR systems.
- Lead ongoing optimization of Arcoro to improve adoption, efficiency, and user experience.
- Configure and optimize HRIS workflows, security, integrations, and system settings.
- Lead HR system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
- Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of employee and organizational data.
- Partner with Payroll to support employee and union payroll processes, ensure data accuracy between systems, and assist with reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct data audits and support compliance reporting and requirements.
- Drive process improvements and automation across HR operations.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Safety, Training, IT, and vendors to improve system effectiveness and data flow.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for HR systems and processes.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, compensation analysis, and leadership reporting through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, HR technology, systems implementation, workforce reporting, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience developing reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to present HR information to employees at all levels, including Senior Leadership.
- Onsite position based in Fishers, IN with occasional travel to other company offices.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting HRIS implementations, integrations, or system optimization initiatives.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of HR compliance reporting and data governance practices.
- Experience supporting integrations between HR, payroll, and business systems.
- Experience with Arcoro, UKG, Workday, BambooHR, ADP, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
