Duration: Temp to Hire - 6 months (7/6/2026 - 1/9/2027)
Pay Range: $22/hr $24/hr (W2)
This is an onsite role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with potential for temp-to-hire.

Job Description
We are seeking a Scientific Project Coordinator to join our team and support project managers on cross-functional initiatives within a single site. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, MS Office, and basic project management practices and a proven ability to organize schedules, track milestones, and facilitate effective client and internal team communication.
Responsibilities:
Support project managers with administrative and logistical tasks across assigned projects.
Coordinate scheduling, budgeting inputs, change orders, presentations, and internal team activities to drive project completion.
Maintain ERP entries including contracts, milestones, and client shipment updates.
Capture, track, and drive action items with internal stakeholders using effective follow-up and influencing skills.
Assist with onsite client visits and support day-to-day client interactions with guidance.
Build relationships with internal teams and clients to accomplish work and promote continuous improvement.
Collaborate with project managers to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.
Potentially manage small, simple projects under supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Science degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with MS Office programs.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a small project team when assigned.
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech industry practices.
Working knowledge of project management principles and ERP usage.
