Title: AIS Investor Relations Executive Specialist/DirectorLocation: Jersey City, NJ 07310 OnsiteClient: JPMorgan ChaseContract: 9-month (s) contract with possible extension or conversion to FTEPay Rate: $70 to $93/hr. on W2As Executive Director – Investor Relations – Transfer Agency (IR), you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the IR function within Alternative Investment Services (AIS). You will be responsible for setting the vision, driving the execution of key initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class IR services to our clients and their investors. You will lead a high-performing team, champion change management, and partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to optimize processes, mitigate risk, and deliver on business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction and leadership for the IR team, ensuring alignment with AIS and CIB business objectives.Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client and investor matters, demonstrating deep expertise and sound judgment in resolving issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, investors, and internal partners across AIS and the broader organization.Oversee and enhance the end-to-end investor relations operating model, driving innovation, process optimization, and risk mitigation.Lead large-scale change initiatives, including systems implementations, data migrations, and re-engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.Champion a culture of client service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.Oversee the execution of regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring robust controls and adherence to global standards.Drive the adoption and evolution of the “follow-the-sun” service model, ensuring seamless global service delivery.Computer skills and knowledge of hardware & software requiredExtensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Outlook (or similar email program)Proficiency in SQL would be advantageousProficiency in project management softwar,e such as MS Projec,t would be advantageousStrong knowledge and understanding of Hedge Fund Accounting/Investor Relations systemsCompany DescriptionAbout BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
