Pay Range: $22/hr $26/hr (W2)

Job Description
We are seeking a 3rd Shift Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, equipment maintenance, and basic Microsoft Office tools and a proven ability to execute production plans, uphold safety and reliability standards, and support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
- Follow production plans to meet customer requirements while working independently and in teams.
- Support conflict resolution within the team to maintain professionalism and standards.
- Participate in cost improvement initiatives to enhance customer value.
- Be available for occasional weekend support and stand for extended periods as required by business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow production plans and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Detail orientation with mechanical aptitude.
