Job Description
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial or manufacturing operations, preventive maintenance, and production support and a proven ability to execute production plans safely, maintain equipment reliability, and contribute to cost improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
- Follow production plans to meet customer requirements while working independently and within a team.
- Support conflict resolution within the team to uphold professional standards.
- Participate in cost improvement initiatives to satisfy customer needs.
- Be available for second or third shift and occasional weekend support as business requires; stand for extended periods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status.
- Ability to follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work second or third shift and occasional weekends.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Detail orientation with strong mechanical aptitude.
