About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Meeting Planner where you'll bring events to life with your expertise in the full meeting planning process! You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our clients and attendees have an unforgettable experience, juggling everything from creative proposals to on-site execution. With 30% of your time spent traveling, you'll oversee suppliers and maintain excellence in service delivery. Let's create memorable moments together!

You're Good At

• Managing end-to-end event planning, from sourcing to contract negotiation.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships.
• Keeping budgets on track while providing creative solutions for our clients.
• Leading team communications and ensuring timelines are met.
• Navigating the complexities of vendor relations and contracts effortlessly.

You Might Also Have

• 5-7 years of experience in event planning with a proven creative flair.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that engage clients and teams alike.
• A knack for troubleshooting and overcoming challenges under pressure.
• Familiarity with group air arrangements and logistics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Meeting Planner, Corporate Services is between $65,000 - $125,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
