The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Lead Installer to run residential coating jobs with the support of an assistant. This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be responsible for delivering flawless floors, start to finish, while leading by example and setting the standard for quality and craftsmanship.

What We Expect
- Proven hands-on experience with concrete coatings: epoxy, flakes, and polyaspartic systems
- A friendly and professional attitude
- Eagerness to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to run a job site independently and manage an assistant effectively
- Ability to read and interpret plans/schematics for accurate installations
- Strict standards for delivering high-quality projects and attention to detail—good enough is not good enough
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Physical ability for the work (grinding, lifting, coating, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and math skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old flooring, repairing subfloors, or addressing water damage restoration as needed
- Perform proper concrete slab testing prior to start of project via moisture testing, temperature readings, Moh's hardness scratch test and RH situ probe testing

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
