This role supports a team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Bartender is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Operates POS cash register, two and six wheel carts, juice, soda, and liquor guns, cutting board, espresso machine, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, blenders, soda/wine/juice hook-ups, and knives
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the outlet
• Exhibits and executes a complete knowledge of the venue’s sequence of service and selling technique
• Communicates and works with all support team members to ensure bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations
• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks and beverages correctly to customers directly or through servers, while ensuring bar seated guests have a good experience 

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer as well as all other products offered
• Basic computer abilities and experience working with a POS system
• Must be fluent in English language, both written and oral
• Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Speaks more than one language
• Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler’s course
